“Silver Servers”

Super Seniors : the near-miraculous feats of tennis players in their 80s and 90s. Former pro Dan Lobb’s perky documentary follows the irrepressible athletes as they compete for glory in their age groups’ world championships. Three sinewy octogenarians and one unfeasibly hale-looking nonagenarian are the focus of this perky documentary looking at tennis players still holding their own in a late tiebreak with father time.
It’ll start at 2:30pm and will be followed by a Tea Time and discussion exceptionally in the meeting room on the ground floor. If you are planning to attend, please send me an email. But you can also decide to come at the last minute.

Quatre « Super Seniors » âgés de 82 à 95 ans se préparent pour les Championnats du monde de la Fédération Internationale de Tennis. Parmi eux se trouvent une Française et le joueur le plus âgé au monde. Ils veulent vivre pleinement leur vie, frappant des balles et gagnant des matchs. Des personnages hauts en couleurs nous prouvent que le jeu… est la vie.
